Strategic Growth Hospitality is flexible in our approach and can work directly with Hotel and Resort Owners as well as an extension of existing Hotel Management/Operating Companies and Hotel General Managers. Our goal is always to provide maximum return on investment while exceeding guest expectations. We perform an initial Property Situation Analysis to indentify Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities. We then prepare an action plan with a preliminary impact assessment outlining areas of potential increased revenue and reduced expenditure opportunities.
